If we venture out on a cold winter night minding some errand, we are
bound to ask ourselves what else do we need in the mall, since we are
already there. Similarly, when the Innovation Turing Machine (ITM) has
shown its merit over technology innovation challenges, we asked
ourselves what else can this ITM be used for? And so we came to focus
on personal issues: they tend to be intractable, like some
technological challenges, and they sure need innovative thinking. And
if wisdom of crowds could be useful in tackling technological problems,
much more so with respect to personal issues. After all, not all of us
are technological innovators, but we all have personal concerns. And
life experience is all that we need to suggest, propose, and contribute
