Learn how to use the Try Again Solution Protocol (TryAgainSP)
If you face a challenge that requires a great deal of effort to
overcome, and the result is in some doubt you may want to try
the TryAgain Solution Protocol (TryAgainSP).
Even if the results of your campaign are not in doubt, the redefined
Try-Again will help you by accelerating your progress, and getting you
there faster, and with less effort.
Learn how:
You may take up the introductory lecture, or the one day workshop, and
then follow up with periodic recalibration sessions.
In the introductory lecture (1.5 hours) you will be introduced to
the philosophical background
of the "Rredefined Try Again" (TryAgainSP); you will be shown
the mechanics of
using TryAgainSP for your current major challenge, and some rules for handling
a variety of intractable situations. TryAgainSP
can be practiced in principle without resorting to any new software, or
additional tools. You have everything you need at your disposal to
actually apply TryAgainSP
right after this brief introduction. Try it, try it again --
TryAgainSP...
The introductory TryAgainSP
lecture is available online, on campus, or at your location. Bring
along as many participants as you like.
The one-day TryAgainSP
workshop, includes the introductory session above, and is continued
with actual implementation of the TryAgainSP
tool for your own type of challenges. Professor Gideon will
outline a full-fledged TryAgainSP plan for a
challenge that resembles your own. And at your discretion
Gideon would use web-posted
software to build with you your very own progress strategy, and outline
the various
procedural steps for your campaign.
Gideon Samid has successfully implemented TryAgainSP
with respect to the following disciplines:
innovation management
research and development planning
business enterprise (startup, self re-invention)
engineering design
project management, cost estimation, schedule appraisal
issues of cybersecurity and physical security
intelligence work
learning systems
If your TryAgainSP
challenge is outside the sphere of his expertise, Pf. Gideon would
bring along a competent expert so that together with your team, the
TryAgainSP
solution protocol will be put in place, ready for
fielding and implementation the very next day.
Professor Gideon would make himself available for on going TryAgainSP
support on a retainer basis. This support would amount to periodic
sessions to adjust, redefine, and re-plan your strategic moves towards
achieving your goals.
Team Gideon would be willing to commit to a
non-disclosure agreement should you so require.
